   Our Coffee Roasting House
 
The Art of Espresso® Roasting House is situated on our property in the picturesque central west of NSW, between Cowra and Young. The surrounding area has an abundance of wineries, olive groves, wonderful produce and fabulous restaurants.


We roast daily from the roasting house which sits on 200 acres of beautiful country. The aroma's of freshly roasted coffee drift through the clean country air as we look out over the gums and watch the abundance of wildlife curiously wondering what this exotic smell is in the air. In fact our surrounding neighbours complain that they can't get any work done any more as they often come to sample our blends!


The beans, once roasted, are air locked in a resealable bag. Each bag has a one way valve allowing the natural CO2  gas (which comes off the coffee once roasted) to seep out while keeping out oxygen and moisture which together can cause the coffee to deteriorate rapidly.


We will soon conduct tours of the roasting facility from bean to cup to sample our blends on offer. In the meantime you are more than welcome to come and visit us by appointment only.
