| Buy Tickets
There are lots of ways to enjoy the Australian Dance Festival, and one of our goals is to ensure that EVERYONE can afford to participate in this event. Dates of the festival are the night of Friday 14th September till Sunday 16th September. Workshops will only be held on SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Please note that the workshops and shows held on Saturday will be different to those on Sunday.

| Ticket Pricing
Cost of our tickets are extremely affordable, and the earlier you buy, the more you'll save! Please note that Concession prices apply to persons under 16 years of age as at 14th September 2012, OR Full-time students. Concession/ Proof of Age cards will be required when you collect your pass/ticket.
Notes:
Weekend pass at $220 (adult) and $150 (concession) will apply to the first 100 early birds ONLY. After that, prices will go up by $20.
Chaperone's pass are for parents who wish to accompany their children who have purchased a full pass. In order to buy a chaperone's pass, you must be accompanying a child who is buying a full pass. Limited to one chaperone per child. It includes:
1) Entry to the shows on Friday, Saturday & Sunday night
2) Entry to the workshops on Saturday and Sunday as a SPECTATOR ONLY
- Sunday Day Pass includes entry to the workshops on Sunday AND your choice of either going to the Friday night show (Australia's Best Dance Crew) or the Saturday night show (Dance Around the World Competition + Showcase performances)

For Individuals
1) Purchase on the internet via our secure online payment system. Only available to people paying with Visa or Mastercard and wishing to buy TICKETS ONLY (accommodation sales are not available online).
1) Please note that our Online booking system is run via Trybooking.com whose booking fees are one of the lowest in the industry at just 30 cents per ticket).
2) Download our Individual Booking form if you wish to purchase accommodation as well and either fax it to (02) 8088 1395 or mail it to: Registrations

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations up to 31st July 2012 will only be refunded 50% of any type of pass or accommodation.
Change Policy
*Any changes such as cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of room mate, switching
rooms, changing dates of accomodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$25
*No cancellations, changes and/or refunds will be accepted from 1st August 2012.
Model Release & Limitations on Liability
I authorize the Australian Dancers Guild Inc. (the organizers of the Australian Dance Festival) and their sponsors the use of images for promotional material, being photographs and video footage. The Australian Dancers Guild Inc, all their contracted instructors and staff and all venues are not liable for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property whilst attending the event.
