The 2012 Australian Dance Festival will be held on the 14th -16th September at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre.  Our dream is to bring together the dance schools of Australia so that everyone can celebrate the joy of dancing, as well as learning from some of the best teachers and choreographers in the country.  Our thanks goes to the dance schools who have embraced our dream and taken on the challenging task of bringing groups of students to the event.

We have now introduced a system that makes it easy for you as their teacher and gives your team rewards.

The Group Booking Form lets you book:

• Your weekend passes, day passes and night show passes
• Passes for your parents, teachers and guardians
• Accommodation
• Group Catering for breakfast and dinner
  
• Register all of your student’s names at once under one name.

• A group booking discount of 10% for purchases over $1,500
  
  
• Fast track service when you arrive at the event
  We have set up a desk  exclusively for group bookings. When you arrive, an Australian Dance Festival  staff member will help you collect your passes and set your team up for the weekend. This means no waiting in queues and no individual registering for each student
  
  
• A Guaranteed spot in our Opening Ceremony
  All groups that register as a school will be able to take part in the our Opening Ceremony on Friday 14th September, where your school will be seen as a representative of your state and will be advertised on the 16ft x 9ft screen on the main stage while your students enter.
  
  
• Reserved Seating for your Group
  The best seats in the house (front and center of the stage) will be reserved for group bookings only.  If you decide to let the Sports Centre cater for your breakfast and dinner, you will also receive the additional benefit of fast-track entry to the venue. (Please refer to the Floorplan)
  
  
• Complete Control Over Your Group Booking
  All passes, accommodation and catering will be looked after by us on the one form, all you have to do is put down the amount of passes/rooms and the names of attendees.
