5.45pm – 7pm	Catered Buffet Dinners to be served at the Sports Centre.  Entry to the venue is limited to people who have pre-booked for the dinner. Please enter via the back entrance of the Sports Centre on Sarah Durack Avenue)
7pm	Front doors open
7.30pm – 10pm	Australia’s Best Dance Crew Competition

Saturday 15^th September

Time	Activity
8am – 9.50am	Catered Buffet Breakfast to be served at the Sports Centre. Entry to the venue is limited to people who have pre-booked for the dinner. Please enter via the back entrance of the Sports Centre on Sarah Durack Avenue)
7.40am– 9.30am	Rehearsals for Showcase performers
10am – 12.15	Workshops
12.15pm – 1.15pm	Lunch + Presentation by the Butterfly Foundation at the main stage
1.15pm – 4.45pm	Workshops
2.30pm – 3.30pm	FREE Workshop for Teachers Only on Early Intervention of Eating Disorders presented by The Butterfly Foundation >> More Info
3.45pm – 4.45pm	Jason Coleman to teach his Lady Gaga "Born This Way" choreography - Everyone can    take part in this workshop including those who have just paid $10 to come to Open   Stage and be a part of the world record
4.30pm	Doors Open to the Public for Open Stage “A Celebration of Diversity” presented by the Butterfly Foundation ($10 entry, all proceeds to go to the Butterfly Foundation)
5pm – 6pm	Open Stage Performances – “A Celebration of Diversity”
6.15pm – 6.45pm	Venue to be cleared down
6.15pm – 7.20pm	Catered Buffet Dinners to be served at the Sports Centre.  Entry to the venue is limited to people who have pre-booked for the dinner. Please enter via the back entrance of the Sports Centre on Sarah Durack Avenue)
7pm	Doors Open for Saturday Performances
7.30pm – 9.30pm	Dance Around The World Solo Competition + Showcase Performances

Sunday 16^th September

6.00pm	Doors Open for Latin Night hosted by Latin Dance Australia
6.30pm – 9pm	Show starts
