Fabulous & Fun "Hairspray" Choreography

|  Last Thursday, we got to spend the day at Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance.
Our mission: To capture Jason on video teaching us his Hairspray choreography! Jason certainly came through with flying colours for us, the choreography is Fun & Fabulous and we know you're going to love it! So, why should YOU learn the Hairspray Choreo?
Well, other than being a whole lot of fun, it means that you can join us in our World Record Attempt to raise funds for Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets!!
Not only will you be learning and performing a dance number choreographed by Jason Coleman, but you will also be helping us raise funds for Youth Off The Streets. Every dancer and school will register and donate $1 each in order to help those in our charity. Not to mention each school that registers will get one free day pass to the event worth $130 !!!

Dance Around The World Solo Competition |  Juliette JET Verne, undoubtedly one of Australia’s most accomplished dancers and choreographers. Juliette trained in Sydney, Tokyo and New York’s most elite dance schools- Broadway Dance Center, Steps and the famous Alvin Ailey School of Dance. Juliette is one of the few diversely skilled performers specializing in Hip Hop, JFH and Lyrical.
Julette’s credits include Elton John, Liza Minelli, Gypsy Kings, Guy Sebastian, New York Radio City Music Hall Rockette, New York Knicks Cheerleader at Madison Square Garden, Star Search- USA, Lion King, Starlight Express, Grease, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Te Forum and Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge.
While in New York Juliette was privileged to work alongside America’s leading choreographers, whose client list boasts superstars such as Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Will Smith, Salt N Pepper and more!
Juliette was recently featured as a choreographer and judge for ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Australia and is founder/director and teaches JFH and Lyrical at Urban Dance Centre, Glebe and J Foxx Entertainment Pty Ltd..
Juliette joins our esteemed panel of judges, Sarah Boulter & Tia Jordan for our Dance Around The World Solo Competition. Our judges will decide who will win the prize of:
- Return flights to Los Angeles
- 40 classes at The Edge Performing Arts Center
- 1 on 1 coaching package with Tia Jordan (auditionguru.com) whose clients include the lead in West Side Story
- 2 feature articles written about them by DanceTrain magazine (one straight after the ADF, and another after they return from L.A.)
