Fast Track Your Hotel Check In If you want to fast track your hotel check in, please download their Express Check in form and complete it BEFORE you get to the hotel. The hotel needs to obtain a credit card from you to cover any room service / bar purchases made during your stay. If you do not have a credit card, the hotel will require $100 in cash from you to hold as a refundable deposit.
As the hotels will be fully booked during our event, we recommend that you do this so that the hotel staff can be much more efficient in checking everyone in.
Please note that check in to the hotels will not be available until 2pm, but the hotel will be able to store your luggage if you arrive earlier.

Performer Pass Sales Will Close THIS Wednesday! Online Sales will close for PERFORMER Passes on Wednesday 23rd January. If you do not purchase a performer pass before this date, we will not be able to confirm that you are actually performing and you will have to purchase a Full pass to the event ($90 more expensive before 27/1 or $105 more expensive after that!) Please note that we will closing ALL PREPAID sales on Monday 28th January. If you do not purchase online or over the telephone before then, you will have to do so at the door. Prices will be slightly higher. If you haven't bought your tickets yet, here are a few tips and reminders: Night Tickets are $45 prepaid OR $50 at the door Tickets are for Unreserved seating, so first come, first served Doors open at 8pm (spectators generally start lining up from 7pm) Limited VIP Tickets are still available for sale at $60 which guaranteesyou the best seats in the house for all 4 nights (only available to full / performer pass holders.) Afternoon Shows on Sat & Sun Will Be Great Fun For The Family!
Tickets to the Afternoon Shows on Saturday and Sunday are $25 and $15 for Concession or Kids under 12. Tickets can now only be purchased at the door. The shows will start at 1.10pm and spectators can purchase tickets from 12.30pm onwards. They can stay in the venue until 2.30pm.
We Will No Longer be Uploading The Videos Of Our Performances On To YouTube Within 24 hours
For the past several years, we have always been able to upload videos of the SLF performances on to YouTube within 24 hours. However, we have been receiving several messages from YouTube regarding copyright issues of the music used in the performances. We are currently researching our legal position on this matter and as such, we will not be uploading the 2013 performances on to YouTube. The performances will still be professionally recorded and will be available for viewing and purchase during the event.

We offer great coverage of your performance -3 Photographers, covering 3 different angles. You can purchase high resolution digital images that you can view at the JCPhotography.com.au booth (or online at JCPhotography.com.au shortly after the congress) All 3 photographers shoot with the same camera – Nikon’s D700 (one of the best Digital SLR cameras on the market for low light photography). This will give you consistency in photo quality and afford the best chance of optimising the available light. You can get a full set of your team’s photos (approx. 50-100+ images) for *$285 – this includes the right to copy and share the photos among your group. Professional Performers – Please note: if you are a professional couple performing please come and discuss pricing for your performance set of photos. Professional couples can purchase a full performance set for $200 or 2 sets (i.e. if they have two different performances) for $300. You may use these photos for **promotional purposes Check out www.jcphotography.com.au for past congress photos *($285 Special price for orders paid for at the congress. $330 per set of photos paid for after the congress – extended deadline for Sunday Evening performances. 2 Female + 4 Male spots available to Sydney Zoukers to dance a K&L Choreography  The Sydney Latin Festival is opening this brand new opportunity to learn and perform with two of the world’s best Zouk dancers! International Zouk phenomenons Kadu and Larissa will be in Sydney to run an Intensive 10 hour performance workshop! THEN perform it LIVE on stage at the Sydney Latin Festival!
Duration: 10 hours (3 x 3 hour workshops + 1 hour during the Sydney Latin Festival) Instructors: Kadu& Larissa Style of dance: Zouk K&L Style Price: $220
