The Sydney Latin Festival is held at Sydney Olympic Park - home of the 2000 Olympic Games.  The venue is about a 30 minute drive West of Sydney and is well serviced by buses and trains.  Most activities take place at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre which boasts a fantastic stage with arena seating, and one of THE biggest and best dancefloors in Australia.  >> Click Here to Download Map.

Why Stay at the Official Festival Hotels?

We know from our own experience at overseas congresses, that staying at the official festival hotel is half the fun. In fact, many of the local Sydney dancers choose to stay at the hotel, even though they have their own homes within a 30 minute drive.  It's a great opportunity to meet fellow interstate and international dancers, and it puts you right in the thick of the action. You certainly won't have trouble locating the party!

The official hotels for the Sydney Latin Festival are the Pullman, Novotel, Ibis and Formule 1hotels. These four hotels are all located in Sydney Olympic Park and within a 7 minute stroll from the Sports Centre festival's venue. All you have to do is roll out of bed and be ready to party!

Hotel Rooms for 2014 Will Book Out Fast!

Every year, we SELL OUT of hotel rooms and people who missed out had to experience the inconvenience of staying at the next nearest hotel, which is a 10 minute taxi ride away from Sydney Olympic Park.  Do yourselves a favour and make sure that you book in early so that you can enjoy the convenience of being a 7 minute walk away from where all the workshops and parties are held.

We have negotiated with the Novotel, Ibis and Pullman for them to guarantee that the rates offered to the Sydney Latin Festival will be the cheapest (i.e. even better than rates offered on Wotif.com.au, Lastminute.com.au, or discounted rates for travel agents - please remember that these rates also include breakfast, and transfers to the Sydney Domestic airport or Sydney CBD at 11am on Monday 27th Jan. If you do not book via the Festival, you will be missing out on great value for money and  paying the expensive rates charged by the hotel.

To ensure that you secure your accommodation for the Festival, we strongly recommend that you book your accommodation with us as soon as possible.  To be eligible for the special rates offered by the Pullman, Novotel and Ibis, you MUST book through the Sydney Latin Festival.  Prices are as follows:

IMPORTANT: Prices quoted are PER ROOM. 
* Only ONE of your room mates needs to pay for your room.

* Please note that the Triple Rooms for the Novotel & Pullman hotels comprise of 2 double beds i.e. at least 2 of your room mates must be happy to share a bed. 

* Triple rooms for the Ibis comprise of 3 single beds.

Terms & Conditions

Before Purchasing Accommodation, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions.  By continuing to purchase using our options outlined below, you agree to the following:


*Cancellations up to 22nd December 2013 will only be refunded 50% of any type of pass or accommodation.

*No cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted from 23rd December 2013.

*No refunds are available on any Sydney Latin Festival products such as T-shirts or DVDs unless proven to be faulty.

*Any changes such as: cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of  room mate, switching rooms, changing dates of accommodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$25

*No changes will be accepted from 23rd December 2013.

If you do not have a Visa or MasterCard, you can complete the attached Manual Registration Form and either fax or email it to us.  Accepted forms of payment include:  Cheques (made out to Sydney Latin Festival, American Express, Postal orders, or Direct Debit).  Please note that a $15 Administration fee will be incurred to cover the cost of labour required to manually enter in the information, verify payments etc. >>Click here to download the rego form

The venue for the Sydney Latin Festival is the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre.  We think it's fantastic - and we're confident you will too!

You'll enjoy spacious, air-conditioned rooms which are amongst the best available for dancers in Sydney . The  Sports Centre's main arena boasts a Tasmanian Blackbutt timber floor of 3,254 square metres- just perfect for smooth spins and fancy footwork!

Part of this highly versatile venue will be transformed into an arena theatre with a tiered seating capacity for 1,600 people - so you can sit back and enjoy the performances in style.

There will be a bar and seating areas for when you need to kick back and enjoy the spectacle of the live band. Also, you can browse the Dance Market for some goodies to take home - so leave space in your luggage for videos, shoes, clothes...
