Before Purchasing Tickets, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions.  By continuing to purchase using our options outlined below, you agree to the following:


*Cancellations up to 22nd December 2012 will only be refunded 50% of any type of pass or accommodation.

*No cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted from 23rd December 2012.

*No refunds are available on any Sydney Latin Festival products such as T-shirts or DVDs unless proven to be faulty.

*Any changes such as: cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of  room mate, switching rooms, changing dates of accomodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$25

*No changes will be accepted from 23rd December 2012.

2)  Download  a Manual Registration Form
If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard, you can complete the attached Manual Registration Form and either fax or email it to us.  Accepted forms of payment include:  Cheques (made out to Sydney Latin Festival, American Express, Postal orders, or Direct Debit).  Please note that a $15 Administration fee will be incurred to cover the cost of labour required to manually enter in the information, verify payments etc. >> Form coming soon
