Reserve a seat in our VIP section which GUARANTEES you the best seats in the house, and a chance to rub shoulders with our international guests! It costs just an extra $15 per night (purchasable as a $60 package for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). You will be issued with a special identifier which gives you access to the VIP seating area.

Tickets are now only available to be purchased on the day at the Registration Desk at the State Sports Centre, but a $15 administration charge will apply.

You will only be able to access these special rates through the Sydney Salsa Congress. We recommend booking your accomodation as soon as possible as WE WILL SELL OUT! * Please note the following:
*The Formule 1 hotel does not have facilities for breakfast so the rate does not include breakfast
*A triple rooms for the Novotel & Pullman hotels comprise of 2 double beds. This means that at least 2 of your room mates will need to share a bed.
*The Formule 1 hotel room comprises of a bunk bed - the bottom bed being a queen and the top bunk being a single.
*The Ibis triple rooms consist of 3 x single beds however the rooms a considerably smaller than the Novotel and there is no room service.
*Please ensure that you read the Cancellation & Change Policies detailed below before purchasing your accommodation.
Options for Purchasing Accommodation
1) Online sales are now open (for people paying with Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard). Please note that due to increasing costs from the banking sector, a 1.5% credit surcharge now applies.  2) Download a manual booking form (for people paying via cheque, Amex, or postal order). Please note that a $15 admin fee will apply as well as the 1.5% credit card surcharge if paying via Amex.

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations up to 14th December 2010 will only be refunded 50% of any type of pass or accommodation.
*No cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted from 15th December 2010.
*No refunds are available on any Sydney Salsa Congress products such as DVDs, T-shirts, Professional Development Day or any other type of merchandise. Change Policy
*Any changes such as: cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of room mate, switching rooms, changing dates of accomodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$25
*No changes will be accepted from 15th December 2010.
